“My experience was a 10. The treatment of Mikel also in addition to advise me in great detail about places to visit in the city. The single room was super comfortable and clean. Despite being the weekend of the Behobia, I did not notice any noise or noise. I was able to sleep well. We also had capsule coffee and pastries totally free of charge. The wifi worked great. And the bathroom was clean and room service came every morning. The beach is a 1 minute walk away and the center is also next door, so you can’t ask for more for an accommodation.

“Well good, better than good. The room was very good, enough for what you are going to be in it. The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean.
They have a coffee machine and outside they have several capsules and some muffins and scones to take whenever you want.
It is not on the beachfront but it is a line and a half from the beach.
The service has been great. The guy helped me park in a nearby area without having to park and offered to leave my laptop for a serious work matter.

“I thought it was excellent because, considering it is a pension, and not a 4 or 5 star hotel, Artea is perfectly located in the center of San Sebastian, the room is perfectly clean, as is the bathroom and the bed linen perfect.
The room has its own small bathroom and is equipped with hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo, as well as a dolce gusto coffee maker with pastries and TV.
The bed is comfortable, perhaps too soft for some, but it is a matter of taste.
At the reception, Mikel treated us very well during the check-in and gave us a map of the city where he showed us the important places to visit in the city as well as the places to eat, in short, if you are aware that you are going to a pension, this place exceeds the services it is supposed to provide.
